Service Provision: The Provider agrees to deliver training services as described in the session curriculum or program outlines. The Participant understands that the effectiveness of training depends on their active participation and compliance with instructions.3. Reporting Incidents and Service Issues: The Participant is responsible for promptly reporting any service issues, incidents, or concerns related to the training sessions. The Provider commits to addressing all reported issues promptly and professionally.4. Liability Waiver: The Participant acknowledges that participation in the training sessions involves risks, including but not limited to physical or mental exertion and the use of training equipment. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees that the Provider, its employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the training sessions, except as caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Provider.5.
