Event Agreement and Liability WaiverThis Event Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned client ("Client") and the event service provider ("Provider") for the purpose of establishing terms for services related to events and parties, including but not limited to inquiries, support, goods, and service orders.By signing below, Client agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein, intending to create a legally binding contract between both parties.

Release and Waiver of LiabilityThe Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Provider, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Client or any third party, or to any property belonging to the Client, while participating in or receiving the services provided by the Provider.This waiver applies to all claims including those arising from negligence of the Provider or otherwise, and covers all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with the event services.
Payment and CancellationThe Client agrees to pay all fees according to the agreed order and understands that cancellations may be subject to fees as detailed by the Provider. Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties.
IndemnificationThe Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the Client's breach of this Agreement or from any negligent or intentional acts by the Client related to the use of the Provider’s services.
Governing Law and JurisdictionThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider conducts its business, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
